I grew up in a society where most people had never met a product designer.
I grew up in a society where most people had never met a product designer.
Where I'm from, systems didn’t always work for you. We worked around them. Through frugal inventions we called jugaad. With calls to someone who “knew someone.” And when things didn’t work, we made peace with it. We assumed the “nice things” weren’t always meant for us.
